  It's nice having a place to order parts. When we was there to buy a few expensive pieces of equipment the man never looked at us or made any eye contact. If you are going to hire sale staff make sure they can actually look you in the face when talking to you.

  I worked with this dealer to purchase a new tractor. We agreed on a price and after waiting a few days to hear from them on a delivery date I called back to check in. The salesman explained that an additional piece needed to be added to the tractor at a significantly higher price. This was in addition to some other fees they added after we agreed on a selling price. None of this set well with me and ultimately I was not willing to pay their new price. If this was a simple mistake, it is one that the dealer should have eaten, not me. Either way I didn't trust this dealership anymore and purchased elsewhere.
